Manage projects and tasks

Overview

Connect Asana to create and manage projects, tasks, and teams.

Setup

1. Deploy

   Dashboard → Integrations → Connectors → Find Asana → Deploy

2. Add to Agent

   Agent → Tools tab → Add Tool → Select Asana

3. Configure

   Sign in to Asana and grant access (OAuth)

4. Test

   Playground: “Show me my tasks for today”

Example Usage

User: "Create a task: Review Q1 budget, due next Friday"

Agent: Created Asana task:
       "Review Q1 budget" - Due Jan 10, 2025

Integration Example

With Gmail:

User: "Convert my Gmail drafts into Asana tasks"

Agent: *gets Gmail drafts*
       *creates Asana tasks*

       Created 5 Asana tasks from Gmail drafts
